2. Email Us or Speak to Us

We encourage you to connect with our travel consultants by any means you prefer – be it phone or email. They not bring to you their personal experiences and insights and help you carve your thoughts into more precise ideas. They ask you a few questions and answer all of yours and in the end offer their advice to you for your unforgettable Indian “Travel East” experience.

3. Detailed travel proposal

Based on the discussion, our travel consultant carefully designs your itinerary with accommodation suggestions, activities during the trip, and a price.

4. Refining your itinerary

Once you have gone through the proposal, the travel consultant would be glad to answer any of your further questions. If you wish to alter or add anything in the program, it will be incorporated. Ultimately, the travel consultant will ensure that you are fully satisfied with the tour and it meets your expectations.

5. Confirm your trip

Once you are fully happy with all our arrangements, we will send you an itinerary confirmation, which includes a booking form. At this time we also ask you to pay your deposit.

6. Staying in touch

After all details of your trip have been confirmed, we will introduce you to your Travel East India trip coordinator who will be your contact leading up to your trip and also your 24-hour contact during your journey. It’s common for more questions to crop up after you have booked your trip. Feel free to call or email your trip coordinator at any time.

7. Your Trip Details

One month before departure you will receive via email your Trip Details, which include your hotel vouchers, flight and train tickets if applicable, tips for travelers and all important contacts in India.
