Welcome at the Chhatrapati Shivaji Terminus and check-in formalities for the Maharashtra Splendor journey. Enjoy a warm welcome and later a refreshing welcome drink. The luxurious Deccan Odyssey leaves from Mumbai to Nashik. Relish dinner and overnight stay at the train.
The Deccan Odyssey reaches Nashik this morning. Have breakfast onboard and move to see the Godavari Ghats, Grover Zampa vineyards and many other attractions. Relish your lunch and get back to the Deccan Odyssey. The train leaves for Aurangabad. Dinner and overnight stay on Deccan Odyssey.
Enter the town of Maharashtra. Have your breakfast onboard and then leave to explore Ellora Caves, UNESCO World Heritage Site and prime attractions of Aurangabad. Representing Buddhist, Jain and Hindu art, this site is wonderful in itself. Enjoy lunch onboard as the Deccan Odyssey. The train leaves for Jalgaon to visit Ajanta Caves. Dinner and overnight stay on board.
After delicious breakfast onboard, the Deccan Odyssey arrives at Jalgaon station. Explore the UNESCO World Heritage site – Ajanta Caves. Explore the beautifully carved sculptures and paintings of Buddhist religious art. Dinner and overnight on Deccan Odyssey.
Reach Kolhapur. Relish amazing passing scenery. Explore the rich culture, history and mythical past of Kolhapur. Post lunch, leave for city sightseeing and the attractions include New Palace Museum, Town Hall Museum, special folk performance, Mahalaxmi temple and more. Return to the luxury train. Dinner and night stay onboard Deccan Odyssey and continue to reach beautiful Goa.
Arrive Goa and have breakfast in the Deccan Odyssey. Get down from the train to begin your Goa’s sightseeing tour. Explore rich culture and strong architecture of the Portuguese, beautiful Churches, Goan Folk performance and Old Portuguese houses. Get back to the Deccan Odyssey for dinner and leave for Ratnagiri.
Enjoy breakfast in the luxury train Deccan Odyssey. The train enters Sindhudurg – the ruler of Maratha dynasty. Explore the coast of Malvan, and the holy town of Sindhudurg. Head back to Deccan Odyssey to leave back to Mumbai.
Have breakfast and land at Chhatrapati Shivaji Terminus Railway Station, Mumbai to get down from the Deccan Odyssey. Get transferred to Mumbai International Airport to reach your country with good memories.
