Get in the ‘Aman-state-of-mind’ at the Lodhi, which used to be the Aman New Delhi and has retained a sleek and low-key vibe. Next, head of Ranthambore National Park, the ex-hunting ground of the Maharaja of Jaipur. Aman-i-Khas is the most luxurious and stylish safari lodge in Asia, with a huge centerpiece fire pit which guests gather around at night for cocktails. And, we can’t think of anywhere more perfect to end your trip than Amanbagh, a little-known rural gem and perhaps our favorite hotels in the world. Amanbagh is an ideal spot whether you’re here with your family or as a couple; there are some wonderful local excursions, or if you prefer to do nothing, the hotel is a gorgeous place to relax. This is India at its most beautiful and romantic.
Our Program
Late evening: On arrival by your international flight, meet and greet at the airport by our representative and transfer to The Lodhi hotel for immediate check-in.
After a relaxed breakfast enjoys a sightseeing tour of Old Delhi visiting the Red Fort, Jama Masjid mosque and the bazaars of Chandni Chowk on a cycle rickshaw. This afternoon, enjoy a tour of New Delhi, designed by the eminent Sir Edward Lutyens. Drive past the India Gate, Rajpath, and bustling Connaught Place. A visit is also made to Qutab Minar, essentially a massive tower built to proclaim the arrival of Islam in the 11th century, Humayun’s tomb which is considered to be the precursor to Taj Mahal and a carpet emporium.
Today morning it at leisure to use hotel facilities. Afternoon you will be assisted and transferred to train station to board your train to Sawai Madhopur and on arrival early evening, you will be assisted and transferred to Aman-I-Khas.
Today you will be enjoying two-game rides in the park. Under the Project Tiger, this park remains the last refuge of the Royal Bengal tiger. Catch a glimpse of the king of the jungle. This natural habitat is also home to other predators, gazels, wild dogs, wild boars, reptiles, birds and wide varieties of trees and plants.
Today to you will have the early morning and afternoon in the park. You have the option of visiting the Ranthambhore Fort or Tribal women’s handicraft center during your free time.
After a relaxed breakfast, you will drive to Alwar (5 hrs) for your stay at Amanbagh – an oasis in the harsh terrain. On arrival check in at hotel and rest of the day at leisure to enjoy in-house facilities.
A full day is at leisure. Evening visits the nearby village for the “cow dust” tour with a local.
Early Morning for the early risers, take part in a yoga session on the plinth of an abandoned temple at the lost city of Bhangarh. Rest of the day leisure. Evening, enjoy a special Chhatri dinner.
After a relaxed breakfast you would drive back to Delhi (6 hrs) and on arrival would be assisted at the time of check-in at The Lodhi. Rest of the day is at leisure.
Today you will bid adieu to the Aman Experience and would be transferred to the airport in time to connect onward flight home…
